Who is responsible for your information?
Sasolburg Makelaars (Pty) Ltd, trading as Finwell Health | Wealth | Insure (FSP 14105), is the responsible financial-services entity for this campaign. Matthew Mathias works with Finwell Group. The project address supplied is Wegot Building, Melkbosstrand.
What information do we collect?
We collect the information you submit through the assessment, including your name, contact details, location category, age range, work category, retirement stage, broad investable-asset range, timing and reason for seeking advice.
Why do we collect it?
We use it to assess whether this campaign may be suitable for you, contact you about your enquiry, arrange appointments, keep a record of the enquiry and meet legal or regulatory duties. Optional marketing consent is used only to send occasional retirement and investment updates.
Is the information required?
Providing the assessment information is voluntary. If you do not provide the required fields, we may not be able to assess the enquiry or contact you.
Who may receive it?
Matthew Mathias, Frans Mathias and authorised Finwell staff may receive it. Approved service providers supporting the website, secure database, CRM, email, SMS, analytics and storage may process it under written operator agreements and confidentiality and security controls.
Where will it be processed?
The planned website will be built using Lovable. The recommended production architecture uses a secure managed database, server-side submission, role-based access controls and encrypted transmission. Some approved service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that occurs, contractual and technical safeguards will be applied and the final operator list will be recorded before launch.
How long is it kept?
Unconverted enquiry records should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless a longer period is required for a legal, complaint or regulatory reason. Records created during a formal financial-advice process may be retained for the period required by applicable financial-services law.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, request correction or deletion where permitted, object to processing, withdraw optional marketing consent and ask that direct-marketing messages stop. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
